Comparison of Conventional Versus Wavefront-guided Laser in situ Keratomileusis in the Same Patient

Abstract

Postoperative visual outcome with both conventional LASIK and wavefront-guided customized ablation was not significantly different. Higher order aberrations did not significantly increase postoperatively in either group.
