Pulsatile and steady components of blood pressure and subclinical cerebrovascular disease

Abstract

We report here a segregated association between the pulsatile and steady components of the BP with subclinical markers of cerebrovascular disease. These differential associations may reflect the underlying disease of these biomarkers.
