Abstract

Pigmentation is a rarely reported effect of cyclophosphamide therapy; a case of pigmentation involving the palms and fingers, and the nail beds of the hands and feet is reported. Pigmentation was observed one month after the initiation of cyclophosphamide therapy at a dosage of 100 mg per day. Other case reports of this effect are discussed. No explanation is provided for this occurrence.
