Psychosocial syndemic associated with increased suicidal ideation among men who have sex with men in Shanghai, China.

Abstract

The study confirmed the syndemic effect of psychosocial health problems in magnifying the risk of suicidality among MSM. More integrated and holistic approaches in the identification of high-risk groups and intervention of suicidality among MSM are needed.
