Antitumor activities of the four sesquiterpene lactones from Elephantopus scaber L.

Abstract

Antitumor activity of studied sesquiterpene lactones may be due, at least in part, to induction of apoptosis in vitro. ES-4 possesses also antitumor activity in vivo.
