[Association between interleukin-1 alpha-889 C/T polymorphism and Alzheimer's disease in Chinese Han population].

Abstract

The IL-1 alpha-889 T/T and C/T genotypes are likely to be susceptible factors for the development of AD in Chinese Han population. The susceptibility genotype, female, and age > or =65 years are risk factors for AD.
