Controllability indices of linear systems with delays

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to exhibit new lists of controllability indices relative to JR n -controllability and controllability over the field -lR(V) , for linear systems with delays.In fact, as for linear systems without delays, we define two lists of indices for each notion of controllability.Moreover we define the bijection which links both lists for each type of controllability.Finally, using controllability indices over IR( V) , we give some further informations about coefficient assignment by state feedback, particulary about the polynomial forms the coefficients can take.
