Early dental treatments for patients with cleidocranial dysplasia.

Abstract

Crown exposure surgery combined with light force orthodontic traction provides an effective approach to treat the typical dental abnormalities of adolescent CCD patients. Simple surgical exposure was also an effective way for a child CCD patient for whom the most ideal time for initiation of treatment was not missed.
