Combined effect of tnf-α polymorphisms and hypoxia on steroid-induced osteonecrosis of femoral head.

Abstract

We concluded that the onset of SONFH was influenced by TNF-α and hypoxia history. There existed strong interaction between TNF-α and hypoxia history.
