Paclitaxel and carboplatin in relapsed or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma: a multicenter phase II study.

Abstract

These data indicate that the combination of paclitaxel and carboplatin can be safely administered on an outpatient basis, but it is only moderately active against relapsed/metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.
