[Synovial sarcoma of the mandible in children. Apropos of a case].

Abstract

Synovialosarcoma is a very aggressive malignant soft-tissue tumor with a high metastatic risk. Management must be rapid as soon as the diagnosis is made. Surgical excision is the main treatment in association with the chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
