Neuroendoscopy has shown great versatility in the management of intra/paraventricular craniopharyngiomas. It can be used alone to achieve gross total removal or marsupialization of cystic tumors, or, more often, in association with additional therapies, such as microsurgery, radiosurgery or intracavitary drug administration.
