He obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Debrecen, where he currently teaches and does research. He is interested in real analysis, functional analysis, fixed point theory, and the theory of functional equations.His other interests include playing the organ, church and classical music, and composing. He and his wife are frequent organists at a Calvinist church in Debrecen, where they lead its choir and often perform organ recitals. He is fond of swimming and running, and loves nature.
