Cockroaches may be found almost anywhere, but especially where food is exposed. The authors present evidence for the antigenicity of cockroaches—their saliva, feces and body tissues—in several forms, as contactant, inhalant, ingestant or injectant. They believe there is a reasonably high prevalence
