[Role of surgery in the treatment of Pott's disease in adults. Apropos of 29 cases].

Abstract

Surgery allows to assert the diagnosis, to treat a compression, to evacuate pus, to treat or at less to avoid worsening of a deformation, and to reduce treatment duration.
