Evidence for the presence of lambda chain dimers in cerebrospinal fluid of patients suffering from subacute sclerosing panencephalitis.

Abstract

The presence of free lambda chain dimers in the CSF of selected patients suffering from subacute sclerosing panencephalitis was proved by use of agar double diffusion and immunoelectrophoresis. The significance of this finding is discussed.
