The acesodyne effect of high intensity focused ultrasound on the treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma

Abstract

Object To observation the acesodyne effect of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) on the treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma treated by HIFU .Methods 19 cases of advanced pancreatic carcinoma were treated by FEP-BYO2 pyrothrapier (HIFU). Results The pain were disappeared in 6 cases,the pain were relieved in 10 cases, the pain had not change in 3 cases. 2 caes who had no pain before be cured, there were no complications such as skin burns . Pancreatic fistula bleeding pancreatics and perforation during the prose the result has significant difference ( P0.05).Conclusion HIFU can relieved the pain in advanced pancreatic carcinoma effectively.
