Objective To identify the significant findings of corneal topography for early keratoconus Methods Fifty two eyes of 27 patients in whom the diagnosis of keratoconus were suspected and no slit lamp evidence of the condition was enrolled All eyes were evaluated by corneal topography analysis system Results The highest corneal power of 80 76% eyes was over 45D, while the astigmatism was over 2D; The values of SAI and SRI were over 0 5 on 94% eyes and 98% eyes respectively Conclusion The values of SAI and SRI were more sensitive to detecting the early keratoconus
