Quality Test and Problem Analysis of Electronic Transformer

Abstract

In accordance with the lack of reliability and stability and a high failure rate of electronic transformers,we tested 41different kinds of electronic transformers in order to promote key technology of electronic transformers and to improve their reliability,stability,accuracy,and related technical standard.The test content includes parts of routine tests,type tests and special tests mentioned in national standard,and higher demands of reliability,stability and anti-electromagnetic interference than the present national standard are introduced.The conclusions can be drawn from the test results:the fault types of tests are basically identical with actual operational failures;the performance of some products should be further improved;aproduct's quantity is basically identical with the research ability and quality control ability of its provider.
