Bi-combined living vaccine was prepared with attenuated cloning TGEV and PEDV which titers were 10-7~10-7.5 TCID50/0. 3ml according to equivalent volume. The protective rate of active and passive immunity were 97. 7% and 98% respetively.the virulence of attenuated virus is stable, and measured up to vaccine products standard. The immunity duration of the vaccine was 7 months, and the vaccine could be stored 1 year at 4℃ or room temperature, Lower antibodies titers were tested in the non-immunization swine that lived with vaccinated swine. Protective rate test of field experiment in 6 piggery was 95%~98%. It was found that the vaccine had an obvious efficacy at emergent vaccination.
