Objective:To report a case of Multicentric Castleman's disease (MCD) treated with interferon, the pathogenesis, clinical findings, and therapy were discussed. Methods:We deal with the patient with chemotherapy and interferon α 2a. Results:Interferon is a novel therapeutic method, and the result was satisfactory.
