Abstract

The Federal Constitution of the United States of America in 1787 was not only the first more complete written constitution in modern capitalist states, but also a relatively stable one in the modern world. The Constitution has laid a solid foundation for America to change the backward colonial economy into a well-developed and modern-oriented capitalist economy. The precedent it created for the bourgeois rule of law and democracy promoted the development of the bourgeois democratic movement in Europe and the United States. It provided new experience for the construction of the bourgeois regime.
