Microbial oils and its research advance

Abstract

Microbial oils is a kind of new oil resource with good prospect,and people attached importance to them,especially in the field of producing the functional oils rich in PUFA.In this paper,the characteristic and composition of microbial oils were summarized,and the basal condition and a general review of the microorganism strain and technique for producing oils were given.The prospect of the research was doped out.
