A conceptual design of the fusion power reactor named FDS-Ⅱ is presented, which consists of the fusion core with advanced plasma parameters suitably extrapolated from the ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) and two candidates of liquid lithium-lead tritium breeder blankets (named SLL and DLL blankets), on the basis of a series of calculations and analyses on neutronics, thermal-hydraulics, mechanics, safety and environmental impact, and costs etc. The basic objectives and principles are given for further design optimization.
