The problems of the organization of primary care patient at home have been considered in this articles. The aspects of technical support of the family doctor have been identified and the problems arising from the use of technical equipment have been determined. This gives the base for the creation automated diagnostic complex for family doctors, which allows the evaluation of the functional state of patient.
