Management of acute uncomplicated diverticulitis without antibiotics: a single‐centre cohort study

Abstract

This study confirms that nonantibiotic management of acute uncomplicated diverticulitis is safe and feasible. Most complications occurred in a small group of high-risk patients treated with antibiotics.
