Effect of High-Dose Ibuprofen in Patients with Cystic Fibrosis

Abstract

In patients with cystic fibrosis and mild lung disease, high-dose ibuprofen, taken consistently for four years, significantly slows the progression of the lung disease without serious adverse effects.
