ADULT patients with a thymic tumor or with hypogammaglobulinemia are sufficiently unusual that a co-existence of these two entities in the same patient is apt to be more than a chance circumstance. In the 6 cases of thymic tumor and hypogammaglobulinemia reported in the medical literature1 2 3 4 5 6 there is no clue to whether any relation may exist between these two pathologic entities.The present report describes a seventh case observed in an adult male in whom, after a surgical removal of a large thymoma, increasingly severe respiratory symptoms developed.
