The Detection of Macular Analysis by SD-OCT for Optic Chiasmal Compression Neuropathy and Nasotemporal Overlap

Abstract

The inner macular parameters in the nasal hemiretina exhibited high diagnostic abilities to detect BA. The GCL+ was more affected than mRNFL. The characteristic pattern of mRNFL and GCL+ thinning was implicated in the anatomical architecture regarding the nasotemporal overlap of the crossed and uncrossed fibers around the fovea.
