Management of Eisenmenger Syndrome in Pregnancy With Sildenafil and l-arginine

Abstract

The concomitant use of sildenafil and L-arginine for the management of pulmonary hypertension in pregnancy, combined with multidisciplinary care, permitted a good outcome for the mother and her infant.
