SummaryAn hemagglutination test is described using sheep's erythrocytes sensitized with histoplasmin and sera from rabbits immunized with H. capsulatum. Sera from normal rabbits gave negative results and no cross-reactions were found with sera containing antibodies against S. Schenckii and C. albicans.
