In this Paper, we showed the outline of the Tokyo Metropolitan Freight Survey. And we clarified the actual situation of delivery and measures of delivery.The survey found out that delivery causes traffic problems in CBD. The problems related to delivery distribution are divided into 3 types. There are 1) Concentration of Delivery Trucks 2) Parking at Road side 3) Goods Conveyance.It is important to improve the Delivery Distribution system in order to solve traffic problems in CBD. Therefore for so lving traffic problems, delivery measures have to be improved.
