Twenty-one species of Radiolaria, ten of them new, are investigated in seventeen Oligocene and lower Miocene samples from the Caribbean and tropical Pacific regions. It is possible to correlate sediments from the two regions approximately, on the basis of their radiolarian assemblages. Two series of species believed to show evolutionary sequences are discussed.
