SUMMARY Three sick wild turkeys (Meleagris gallopavo) from Cumberland Island, Georgia, were both serologically positive and culturepositive for Mycoplasma gallisepticunm. Clinical signs and lesions in affected birds were typical of infectious sinusitis. This is the first report of the isolation of M. gallisepticum from wild turkeys.
