Abstract

A significant proportion of patients undergoing endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy may require concomitant endonasal procedures. Hence, endonasal lacrimal surgeons using techniques that aim to marsupialize the entire lacrimal sac may benefit from expertize in the management of concomitant nasal pathologic study.
