Measurements of t h e h eat capacity of polyisobutylene of the viscosity average molec ular weight of l.35 X 106 were made from about 14 0 to 380 0 K by means of an adiabatic calorimeter . The glass-transformat ion temperature was estimated to be 199 0 K. The values of the heat capacity above the glass-transformation temperat ure can be represented wi t hin 0.2 percent by C(abs j deg-1 g-t) = 0.844 + 3.03 X 10-3 T + 2.24 X 10-6 '1'2.
