Role of Local Amphotericin B Therapy for Sino-Orbital Fungal Infections

Abstract

Conservative orbital debridement with local amphotericin B irrigations is an effective adjunct in the control of sino-orbital fungal infections, especially in patients with reversible immunosuppression and good preoperative visual acuities.
