Systemic Methotrexate Exposure Is Greater After Intrathecal Than After Oral Administration

Abstract

Intrathecal methotrexate administration results in significantly greater systemic exposure than oral administration. Our data support the hypothesis that the systemic effect of intrathecal methotrexate affects ALL therapy.
