Pancreatic Resections for Solid or Cystic Pancreatic Masses in Children

Abstract

In this experience, pancreatic resections have proven to be a safe and efficient procedure, with low long-term morbidity, for the treatment of tumoral and selected nontumoral pancreatic masses.
