Dexmedetomidine Does Not Affect Evoked Potentials During Spine Surgery

Abstract

In clinically relevant doses, dexmedetomidine as an adjunct to total IV anesthesia does not seem to alter EPs and therefore can be safely used during surgeries requiring monitoring of EPs.
