Results from a research studying the covariation between family environment (as mesured by the Home Inventory) and SES and the influence of these two factors on the child's cognitive development (as mesured by WPPSI) are reported here. The subjects were 57, two-parents families from Québec with a 4 years old child. The sample includes three groups constituted according to the criteria of the SES.
