Daily Interruption of Sedative Infusions in Critically Ill Patients Undergoing Mechanical Ventilation

Abstract

In patients who are receiving mechanical ventilation, daily interruption of sedative-drug infusions decreases the duration of mechanical ventilation and the length of stay in the intensive care unit.
