DOI MOI: Ten Years After the 1986 Party Congress.

Abstract

As in previous years the majority of the funding for the 1996
\nVietnam Update conference has been given by the
\nAustralian International Development Assistance Bureau
\n(AusAID). With AusAID's assistance, this publication has
\nbeen produced from the proceedings of the conference.
\nOther financial support has come from the Department of
\nPolitical and Social Change and the Division of Pacific
\nand Asian History in the Research School of Pacific and
\nAsian Studies of The Australian National University.
