SummaryThe treatment of rats with D-amphetamine sulfate lowered brain noradrenaline and slightly elevated brain serotonin. These effects lasted for several days after discontinuing treatment. D-amphetamine sulfate antagonized the elevation of brain noradrenaline levels by iproniazid.
