Abstract

MS implantation decreased cardiac fibrosis by suppressing the profibrotic gene expression and attenuated the impairment of diastolic function and the late remodeling after LVR. It is suggesting that MS implantation may improve long-term outcome of LVR for ischemic heart disease.
