Port-Site Implantation After Laparoscopic Treatment of Borderline Ovarian Tumors

Abstract

These results suggest that, unlike port-site metastasis in other gynecologic malignancies, the prognosis in patients with a port-site implantation after laparoscopic management of borderline ovarian tumor is excellent. The treatment of this complication is surgical resection.
