Spironolactone cytoplasmic inclusions were found in an aldosteronoma but not in the adjacent zona glomerulosa of an adrenal gland that was removed because of aldosteronism. Their light and electron microscopic appearance was similar to that of previous reports. No other reports of these inclusions in an aldosteronoma were found in the literature.
