Abstract

L-PPPD had the typical advantages of minimally invasive abdominal procedures, such as less pain, shorter hospital stay, and quicker recovery. It is technically safe and feasible, and has favorable oncologic outcomes in comparison with O-PPPD in patients with periampullary tumors.
