Using electromagnetic sources, consisting of various dipoles and loops immersed in a concentrated sodium chloride solution, measurements were made verifying t h e magnetic field propagation equations in air, derived previously by several a uthors. The receiver was farth er away from the so urce than a wavelength in the conducting medium, but much closer t han a wavelength in air.
