The solubilities of (Z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetic acid in water and alcoholic solvents (methanol, ethanol, 1-propanol, glycol) and the combination of water + alcohols (methanol, ethanol, glycol) of binary mixtures have been experimentally measured in the temperature range from (282 to 330) K using a laser monitoring observation technique. The experimental solubilities in the pure solvents were correlated by modified Apelblat equation. A hybrid model proposed based on Apelblat equation and Jouyban−Acree model was used to correlate the solubility of solute with the variation of both temperature and initial composition of the binary solvent mixtures. With these models the maximum mean percentage deviation is 5.21.
